PROJECT

Speaking of the job market, the advancement of technologies opens up a new world of possibilities. A survey carried out by the Brazilian Association of Information and Communication Technology Companies (Brasscom) revealed that the IT (Information Technology) market should create 420,000 new jobs by 2024.

 

With this in mind, Digital Formation aims to promote digital inclusion in areas little accessed by young people from the tide. Formations such as UX (User Experience Design) and Front-End, due to the high cost and restricted market, are little explored and occupied by young people from the periphery, thus promoting an elitization in the labor market. These courses are offered in this training, as well as project mentoring for young entrepreneurs in Maré.

The purpose is to; democratize the knowledge of technologies creating a generation of young peripherals connected and engaged.

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

 

With little or no access to the internet, with a lack of quality equipment and a shortage of professionals, it is almost impossible for youth from the periphery to want to work with technology, even though this is one of the fastest growing markets.

Based on the partnership with Itaú and Tera, Digital Formation aims to promote a technological revolution in Maré, encouraging young people to access and delve into cutting-edge tools, methods and technologies.

All the collaborators involved want to foster other social impact initiatives within this and other favelas, as technology is a tool for inclusion. ;o.

Ao aprender a desenvolver a interface gráfica do usuário de um website, por meio do uso de HTML, CSS e JavaScript, o grupo pôde construir e compreender como os usuários podem visualizar e interagir com o site. Em parceira com Tera.

Passo 4. Aplicação das ferramentas

Como aplicar e utilizar as ferramentas que aprendemos nas formações em nossos projetos de impacto social?

Nesse estágio, as ações de cada projeto foram repensadas a partir das ferramentas aprendidas, como construção de matriz, construção de personas, pesquisa de usuário, jornada do usuário, mapa da experiência, entre outras. A partir da aplicação dessas ferramentas e métodos, cada empreendedor aprendeu a compreender seu público, o alcance e qual identidade e linguagem as ferramentas precisam ter.

Passo 5. Mentoria Maré e Itaú

Para a promoção de outras conexões e construções pensando no desenvolvimento dos projetos de impacto social, o projeto também uniu os jovens aos profissionais do Itaú, e a cada 15 dias, ocorria uma mentoria individual que visava o desenvolvimento do projeto em seu impacto social.
